Subscriber organisations should contact the Construction ERP service operator to request workspace export or permanent deletion. The Platform Owner Control Centre supports tenant export, suspension, termination and archive-before-delete processing.
Individual user-account deletion is managed by the subscriber's Company Super Admin. Some audit, statutory, contractual, security or dispute-related information may need to be retained where legally required.
