Subscriber workspaces are logically and physically separated at the application data-store and tenant upload-path level. Access is restricted by authenticated tenant, user, project, module and role permissions.
Subscriber retention settings may archive selected operational record categories after the configured period. Archived records are held for a safety period before purge. Statutory or contractual records should only be placed under automatic retention where legally appropriate.
Subscribers may request export or deletion through the service operator. Deletion may be deferred where retention is required by law, contract, dispute, security or legitimate compliance obligations.
