Access is granted for the subscribed term and subject to the licensed user, storage, module and feature limits. Trial, grace, read-only, suspension and expiry states are enforced by the platform.
The subscriber controls its users, project permissions, uploaded content and lawful use of employee, location, media and business information.
Verified payments may renew the subscription for the purchased term. Early renewals extend from the current valid expiry date so remaining paid days are not lost.
Data export should be completed before final termination. Permanent tenant deletion is controlled by the Platform Owner and may be subject to contractual or legal retention requirements.
